Metropolitan with the range of creative resources at our disposal we can provide creative design and consulting to produce or assist with every aspect of card design, carriers, placement, format and any merchandising aids required to support the program. With our extensive knowledge of card production and programs, we can assist your creative staff by offering suggestions on various card designs and display options. We will offer ideas on the type of card and carrier that would work best in your particular environment from a functionality, budget and space planning standpoint. By working creatively with both Visa and MasterCard related programs for the years prior to gift cards reaching the popularity they currently see today; we develop the necessary experience and understanding of all card related components. This enables us to assist our clients today to make their gift card program successful.

Metropolitan will work directly with you and manage the following process:
- Determine production needs/timeline and finalize quantities
- Card design and elements (pin, bar code, activation stickers, carriers etc.)
- Editing and proofing
- Card print production
- Work directly with our clients with regard to encoding specifications & Pin placement
- Testing to ensure all quality standards are met
- Cards are then encoded, card account number’s, pin number’s and, if needed, a bar code is then printed on the back of each card
- Cards are then ready for any activation sticker, to be attached to a carrier, for handling, packing and/or shipped to their designated locations or for warehousing
This process is supported by utilizing our state-of-the-art certified facilities and our overall experience to manage each of these steps throughout the process.
